Information we collect
We collect information that neighbors choose to provide, including names, email addresses, phone numbers, street addresses, event responses, Garden Club posts and replies, volunteer interests, nominations, and other messages submitted through the site.
How information is used
Information is used to operate association programs, respond to requests, manage events, provide secure Garden Club access, deliver messages a neighbor has requested, and maintain accurate neighborhood records. Garden Club contact information is not displayed on the board.
Mobile information and SMS consent
Mobile phone numbers, text-message opt-in data, and consent information are not sold, rented, or shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. We may use service providers such as Twilio only to deliver messages requested through this site.
Garden Club text messages may include one-time sign-in codes and notifications a member explicitly selects. Message frequency varies based on board activity and selected preferences. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to stop messages or HELP for help.
Service providers and disclosure
We use service providers for website hosting, database storage, file storage, email delivery, text-message delivery, and site analytics. Information may be disclosed when required by law, to protect the association or its members, or when necessary to provide a service requested by the user.
Choices and contact
Garden Club members can change notification selections from the board's notification settings. To request an update or deletion of your information, contact maplespringsneighborhood@gmail.com.
