Terms for Maple Springs Garden Club sign-in codes and optional board notifications.

Program description
Maple Springs Neighborhood Association offers text messages for Garden Club members. Messages may include a one-time code requested to sign in to the Garden Club board and optional notifications about administrator posts, new board conversations, or replies to a member's own posts.
Consent and message frequency
A member requests a one-time authentication message by entering the phone number already associated with their Garden Club membership. Ongoing board notifications are optional, unchecked by default, and enabled only when a signed-in member selects specific text notification preferences.
Message frequency varies according to sign-in requests, board activity, and the preferences selected by the member. Message and data rates may apply. Consent to receive text messages is not a condition of purchasing goods or services.
Opting out and getting help
Reply STOP to cancel text messages. After opting out, you may receive a final confirmation message. Reply START to resume messages where supported. Reply HELP for help.
Members can also turn individual board notifications off from the Garden Club notification settings page. For assistance, email maplespringsneighborhood@gmail.com.
Delivery and availability
Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages. Message delivery depends on the member's carrier, device, coverage, and service status. The association may modify or discontinue the messaging program when necessary.
Privacy
Mobile information and SMS consent are handled according to our privacy policy. Mobile opt-in information is not shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes.
